A short drive
through the countryside can transport you to a place where $2 dollars can
purchase an entire day of exciting family entertainment. At the Madison
County Fairgrounds in Brookfield, NY from July 10th-13th you can enjoy all
the offerings of a traditional agricultural fair; Animals, Agricultural
Exhibits, Contest, Pageants, & Shows.
Come and experience the 169th edition of the Madison County Fair for yourself. You may encounter a Mad Scientist, Grandpa Cratchet, a Strolling Magician, or some Bubble Trouble. Visit kangaroos, lemurs, leopards, bears, and more an educational interactive show presented by the Two by Two Zoo. Cheer on the friendly competitions as the CNY Garden Tractor Pullers and the NYS Pony Pullers go the distance. Dance to the beat of some of the numerous bands appearing on stage; Farmers Favorite Duo, Electric Rodeo Band, Stoutman Irish Band, Captain Morgan & The Rhythm, This Changes Everything, Holding Solace, Tipp Hillbillies Band, Double XL, and Matt Chase & Thunder Canyon Band. All of this and more for a mere $2 general admission fee (under age 5 free everyday/over age 60 free on July 10th). For a few additional dollars you may also choose to enjoy; King’s Smash’em Crash’em Demolition Derby & Rollover Contest ($5.00),
The entry fee has been raised to $30.00 for car
and driver. each additional pit pass is $15.00.
The pit pass will be good for both the day and
night show. If you are in the day show and you want to re-enter your car
at night, the fee will be an additional $15.00 as you have already
paid for your pit pass.
The grandstand fee is still $5.00. but each show
will charge seperately.
The Rollover contest and features will be held in
the evening only.

Start your engines on Saturday, May 17th for 2nd Annual Spring Bash Demolition Derby. Keep your engines revving, because on Saturday, July 12th two derbies will run during the 169th Annual Madison County Fair. In an attempt to remedy a consistently sold out grandstand, the fair will debut an afternoon derby, along with the traditional evening derby. The last crashin’ of the season will wind down on Saturday, Sept. 27th during the 37th Annual Wheel Days.
